The Community Health & Resource Fair

Join JIREH Providers and community partners for the Community Health & Resource Fair, held on the first Wednesday of every month. This free community event connects individuals and families with valuable health services, educational resources, and community support—all in one convenient location.

In recognition of National Back-to-School Month, this month’s event will feature free immunizations and free sports physicals to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.

Free Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle transportation will be available to and from:
