Backpack Giveaway & Family Resource Fair

Join Dr. Akilah Weber Pierson for the Annual Back-to-School Legislative Update, Backpack Giveaway & Family Resource Fair! This free community event helps families prepare for the new school year by providing access to school supplies, community resources, and information about services available throughout San Diego.

Families are encouraged to register in advance to help organizers estimate attendance. Backpacks filled with school supplies will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Registration does not guarantee a backpack but helps determine community need.
