Who We Are
JIREH Providers is a pioneering mobile community clinic based in San Diego. Our mission is to bridge the gap in health equity among communities of color. We focus on key health initiatives such as maternal and infant health, COVID-19 awareness, health equity, and advocacy to end violence against the Black community. Our unique approach centers around delivering essential services like immunizations, health screenings, and education directly to the community, where it’s needed most.

JIREH Providers has been recognized as a catalyst for change and we are already transforming the health landscape in San Diego County and beyond, by ensuring equitable access to care. We aim to be the leading community health advocate, empowering individuals through education, prevention, and direct service delivery. The end game – eradicating health disparities, creating safe spaces for care, and fostering resilient communities.”
